Town of Putnam Valley -10 acres.
Frederick Dill Preserve in Putnam Valley is a 10-acre flat flood plain just off Quincy Road. The property is largely scrub and brush, and the south side of the property is bound by Peekskill Hollow Brook, making current access difficult. There are unconfirmed rumors of an old boy scout campsite on the back corner of the property. It was acquired to protect the stream corridor on the west side of the brook and because it serves as a flood plain and excellent wildlife habitat especially for resident and migratory birds.
