Mar 24 Take a walk with PCLT on the DBM Preserve on Abbeyfield Lane
in Patterson just off Farm to Market Road. This magnificent woodland
walk will begin at 1 pm and will be led by Jim Nordgren. A campfire
gathering will take place following with chili and more.
This is a fairly easy walk through woodlands that slope down to and
protect the Ice Pond basin. Learn more about the history of ice making,
the brick factory that once was situated at the north end of the pond and
the importance of this area for migratory songbirds and waterfowl.
