Town of Patterson – 94 acres.
The Brandon Farm Preserve in Patterson is 94 acres. On the eastern side of Farm-to-Market Road and south of Route 164, the property consists of wetlands that feed into Ice Pond and the surrounding uplands that include a north/south ridgeline. At one point in time it was a dairy farm, the property having been in the Brandon family for over 100 years. The funds to pay the costs associated with acquiring this property came from the New York State Conservation Partnership Fund.
